Aviva Life and Pensions UK LimitedGreat Newport Street, Leicester Square

A mixed use redevelopment project to provide fourteen apartments over seven floors with new communal areas and shell & core retail space. The project involved significant demolition and structural rebuilding of the property including formation of a new central core plus an additional floor on top of the building.

The works were undertaken in an extremely busy street close to Leicester Square which sees a large volume of pedestrians and many delivery vehicles servicing the Covent Garden area.

Logistically the project was extremely challenging as it is hemmed in on three sides by adjacent buildings.
