Aviva Life and Pensions UK LimitedSoho Square

Aviva have completely remodelled and rebranded this 9 storey building which stands in a prominent location in Soho Square. The scheme involved complex structural re-configuration of core areas and a complete overhaul of the basement plant strategy to create vastly improved lettable floor space. The external building fabric was refurbished and all windows replaced with larger, more energy efficient specifications which have improved the overall building environment.

The works also consisted of a full Cat A fit out, including AET underfloor heating and cooling, new high performance triplex lifts including enhanced interior finishes and a complete toilet core fit out. The scope included a new reception area and the refurbishment and re-glazing of the existing 1920’s heritage bronze windows facing Soho Square. The site is located in close proximity to the major Crossrail redevelopment of Tottenham Court Road and required close collaboration with their team throughout the works.
