The fit out and refurbishment of the ground and first floor of a Grade II listed building for use as a commercial art gallery. The mid-late Victorian building was originally built in the 1880s. Areas include large exhibition spaces, smaller galleries, offices, a reception and back of house facilities. Features include double height glass sliding doors, Dinesen timber flooring, specialist lighting, restored historic finishes and a variety of stone and joinery elements.

The Marian Goodman Gallery was founded in New York City in 1977. They opened exhibition space in Paris in 1995 and the London Gallery in Golden Square opened in Autumn 2014.
