Native Land & Grosvenor (JV)Chelsea Manor Street, Chelsea

The creation of a penthouse apartment being fitted out from shell and core to create a stunning luxury family home.

The interior design is based on a modern French Chateau feel by Charles Zana, a prominent French architect in Paris. The UK architect, MSMR, have been commissioned by our Client, Native Land, to develop the detailed design whilst maintaining the concept feel.

Features include Dinesen flooring, extensive specialist joinery with ornate timber wall panelling with a decorative brush stroke effect, fabric covered joinery, spectacular stonework to each of the six bathrooms and new M&E and AV throughout.

The project is very challenging logistically since the rest of the building was fully occupied and all materials and operatives had to access the 5th floor site via a large temporary bridge, hoist and gantry set up.
