This existing office building was remodelled to create nine high-quality residential apartments in a conservation area near the Houses of Parliament. Following demolition, a new floor was added to the top of the building, a new core constructed and other major structural rebuilding works undertaken. The apartments were completely fitted out including all new services and lifts.
