Our team has a great track record of delivering complex construction projects of up to £40m in value, often in busy and logistically restrictive city centre sites, in very close proximity to sensitive and occupied premises.
We enjoy working on a mixture of project types and are flexible with the forms of contract we operate under. In addition to constructing new buildings, we have teams who specialise in fit out projects, heavy refurbishment, remodelling and rebranding schemes.
The majority of our projects are for blue chip companies and high net worth individuals within a 75 miles radius of London, in a range of key sectors: commercial offices for developers and tenants, government, leisure, retail, education, residential for developers and private homes.
How We Do It
We manage projects via a combination of tried and tested systems and processes utilised as management control tools. These controls are employed right from the outset and run through to final sign off and client training. We are in a position to know the status of each aspect of the project at any time. Regular and accurate reporting to avoid surprises is an established characteristic of our approach.
We encourage our clients and their representatives to be closely involved to shorten lines of communication. Regular project reports are prepared in conjunction with the professional team and presented to the client, which include a snapshot that summarises the exact status of the project and the current key issues.
Our office in London is the hub of our operations. Site-based delivery teams are established to run each project, led by a project manager and supported by a multi disciplinary team including commercial, construction, planning and engineering expertise. Once up and running our sites become autonomous units, supported by fully enabled IT communications networked to our head office and, if appropriate, the consultants and supply chain.
